By accessing or using the services of Peak View Roofing Services (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide roofing services, including but not limited to roof installation, repairs, and maintenance. Details of our services can be found on our website or provided upon request.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on site conditions.Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement and may require a deposit prior to the commencement of work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information necessary for us to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring that our work site is accessible and safe.

5. Warranty and Liability

We offer a warranty on our services, the details of which will be provided in your service agreement. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Peak View Roofing Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website.

9. Special Offers for Roof Restoration Services

By participating in any special offer provided by Peak View Roofing Services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Limited Availability: All offers are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

  2. Discount Application: Any discounts offered are applied at the time of order and cannot be added retrospectively.

  3. Exclusivity: Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, including interest-free payment plans, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  4. Pricing: Prices, discounts, and savings are subject to change at any time without notice. Any quoted prices are only valid at the time of the offer.

  5. $0 Deposit Policy: For offers that include a $0 deposit, payment is only required once the job is completed to an acceptable standard and the customer is satisfied with the work. This applies exclusively to the services outlined in the agreed work order.

  6. Work Completion Standard: Peak View Roofing Services commits to delivering services to an acceptable industry standard. The final payment is contingent upon the completion of the work as specified in the contract and meeting the customer’s reasonable expectations.

  7. Work Order Precedence: The scope of the job is strictly limited to what is specified in the signed work order. Any additional work or services outside of the agreed terms must be negotiated separately. The work order takes precedence over any verbal or implied agreements.

  8. Eligibility: Offer applies only to single-storey residential houses up to 150m².

    Homes larger than 150m² or double-storey homes may incur additional charges.

  9. Savings Comparison: The advertised savings of up to $2000 is based on a comparison with quotes from larger roof restoration companies. Actual savings may vary depending on the scope of work.

  10. Exclusions: Offer does not apply to commercial or industrial properties.

    Multi-unit properties (e.g., townhouses, apartments) are excluded.

    Not valid with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

  11. Inspection and Assessment: A free roof inspection will be conducted to assess the condition and confirm eligibility for this offer.

    If additional work is required beyond the standard restoration scope, it will be quoted separately.

10. Roof Restoration Guarantee

Peak View Roofing Services guarantees to complete your roof restoration within 7 days from the start of physical work on the roof (not the day of safety rail installation), or you’ll receive $500. Exclusions include delays due to bad weather, illness, acts of God, customer-related issues, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party delays. If these don’t apply, the $500 will be paid within 14 business days.
